Description

The Delivery Manager in Portaltech Reply is accountable for effective delivery of projects and services. Their goal is to bring success as a combination of customer satisfaction, team motivation and growth and project profitability. According to his seniority the DM will manage one or multiple accounts, either to deliver a digital transformation or support service via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders and has proven leadership skills. He will be able to adapt to existing policies as well as define and promote improvements to increase efficiency. DM will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

• DM will be responsible for the success of multiple implementation / service delivery projects
• Will be responsible for the profitability of projects, managing planning and execution of activities during the entire lifecycle of projects
• Responsible for supporting customers ensuring goals are achieved
• Responsible for developing long-term relationship with customers, identifying future opportunities
• Responsible for team growth

Experience Required

• 8+ year of delivery management / project management experience in digital projects with preference on eCommerce
• Extremely focused on delivery
• Solid understanding of both waterfall and agile/scrum methodologies
• High focuses on outcome: able to challenge and improve organisational processes where it impacts the pace of the team. Able to identify what works best for the team and when to utilise certain processes / methodologies
• Able to advocate and communicate what a team does to create trust and authenticity
• Able to build successful delivery teams and understand team styles and how people work together. Ensures the health of the team and can facilitate conflict resolution, accelerating team performance
• Able to create an open and collaborative environment to work in, be flexible, adaptable and have a willingness to learn
• Strong English written and oral business communication skills
• Travel required

Education

University degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field.

SAP CX Engineers are one of the core teams in Portaltech Reply, bringing the expertise required to build complex solutions, leveraging on SAP Commerce, MKT and CDC. Our CX team focus on the implementation of customer experience solutions that can scale and support high volumes of traffic maintaining a constant attention on the solution’s quality and its performances.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, proven leadership skills, solid software development experience, deep understanding of SAP CX suite. She / he is passionate about innovation, high quality software development, with strong self-motivation, work ethic, dependable and responsible.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

• SAP CX Engineers will be part of the engineering team working on implementation projects on SAP Commerce, CDC and MKT products
• They will be developing cloud solutions that scales and that can manage high volumes traffic for wide range of industries
• May be assigned to assist established teams that require or will benefit from “most expert, most experienced” short-term involvement
• Assignments will include Product and Customer Innovation projects, Portaltech internal strategic initiatives (eg. labcamps, hackaton), top strategic opportunities (pre-sales, POCs....) as well as Escalations or Critical customer engagements
• SAP CX Engineers will keep themselves updated on SAP CX suite and all additional products
• They will also serve as key contributors for best practices creation and sharing

Experience Required

• 6+ years SAP C/4 Consulting experience mainly on Commerce (hybris)
• Significant architecture experience with 4-5 full end-to-end SAP Commerce (hybris) implementations
• Experience managing and delivering key components of large ecommerce engagements
• Experience building web APIs and API-first design principles. E.g. Swagger, GraphQL, and REST API
• Experience developing detailed technology architecture
• Experience with full life-cycle projects from initial scoping through delivery
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong team player, able to effectively generate high results from the team
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Understanding of test automation, bdd and tdd strategies
• Strong understanding of SaaS software deployments & SAP product strategies
• Cloud migration or transformation experience preferred
• Must be extremely detail oriented with specialization on multiple aspects of SAP Commerce, Marketing and CDC
• Proven track record of successfully interacting and assisting teams across different cultures and matrixed team environments
• Extremely dynamic and enthusiastic about technology
• Strong English written and oral business communication skills
• Domestic travel required

Description

The Automation Testers is a key role in Portaltech Reply, responsible for the Software Quality Assurance, leading new and existing Quality Assurance initiatives. The SDET's responsibilities include both software development and testing tasks and focuses on the testability, robustness, and performance of production software. As such, an SDET is a test professional with advanced programming skills who can create automation testing tools and frameworks to assist the manual testing process.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, proven leadership skills, software development experience, deep understanding of formal QA tools, methodology/processes and deep experience with QA Automation. She / he is passionate about software quality and software testing, with strong self-motivation, work ethic, dependable and responsible.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

• SDETs will be part of the engineering team working on design, implementing and maintain the test automation frameworks
• They will review and understand existing bug reports, test plans, test processes, supporting dev teams in understanding the functionality gaps
• May be assigned to assist established teams that require or will benefit from “most expert, most experienced” short-term involvement
• Assignments will include Product and Customer Innovation projects, Portaltech internal strategic initiatives (eg. labcamps, hackaton), top strategic opportunities (pre-sales, POCs....) as well as Escalations or Critical customer engagements
• They will also serve as key contributors for best practices creation and sharing, producing documentation for improved test strategy and procedures to implement improved test processes. This includes functional, regression and other methodologies, and guides QA in making improved test plans
• SDETs adopt design principles for QA automation and Performance Testing, presenting options and recommendations as needed
• They contribute to managing of test environments, communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information

Experience Required

• 6+ years of test automation experience with a minimum of three years at a senior level demonstrated. Experience in selecting, designing, and implementing test automation frameworks. Experience developing in-house automation tools
• Experience in ecommerce, online and digital domain
• Excellent designing and programming skills
• Experience developing and testing entire systems, with capability to understand details mixed technologies
• Strong hands-on experience
• Proven experience using Cucumber, Selenium Web Driver with Java
• Expertise with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo
• Experience in performance testing
• Strong experience in designing and building automated test frameworks for eCommerce, web and mobile applications (iOS and Android) using Java
• Extremely dynamic and enthusiastic about technology
• Strong English written and oral business communication skills
• Domestic travel required
