Reply participates in the event as a Platinum sponsor, with the presence of some companies in its network whose offering is focused on ecommerce. The Forum, promoted by the Netcomm Consortium and now in its tenth edition, is an occasion for getting an insight on the dynamics of the whole online shopping industry, thanks to prominent guests and speakers, and provides the perfect blend of networking and knowledge sharing for all professionals attending.
During the plenary session, Portaltech Reply will have a joint speech with a client for the presentation of the Trovaprezzi case study. Two dedicated workshops involving three companies part of the Reply network are also scheduled during the event agenda. The first one, taking place at 11:30 within the Technology track, features Technology Reply and Sytel Reply presenting a solution they have jointly developed. The second one will be held at 14:00 within the Marketing track and is managed by Bitmama.
Reply has once again set up a large exhibition area where its case studies and innovative solutions will be presented, as well as organising a dedicated workshop on Customer Engagement & Commerce in a theatre-style space within its booth.
