Phones 4u’s new digital platform now binds all the crucial channels together byintegrating systems and automating processes, successfully joining back office information from within the organisation and other external parties to front facing customer sales staff. This single view of the customer across web, mobile, customer service and telesales allows customers to have one conversation with the entire brand.
